Dear Council, When my wife and I were vacationing in Spain we visited the lovely town of Segovia and were impressed by the breathtaking beauty of the Raman Aqueducts. I believe that an adaptation of the Roman design would allow Menlo Park to avoid grade separations and not have that walled in look that we find so objectionable.
