Council: If offices could be on this Sand Hill Rd site, then housing could be. If the General Plan is an issue, modify that to allow appropriate zoning for more housing. You have done this before. Menlo Park does not need more offices. It needs housing. It needs playing fields. Don't approve the proposal in front of you.
