City Council members,
I believe the 7 developers have not provided for the necessary downtown parking needs.
Shared parking will cause friction between shoppers and apartment residents.
Stores will go vacant without adequate parking. Apartments will not be rentable if they are NOT provided "assigned tenant" parking spaces.
Please find a different location for housing. Have you considered the large parking lot behind Staples, Big 5 Sports and Lens Crafters? It is much closer to Cal Train.
