Dear Council Members: I am writing in hopes that you will approve the library measure being considered at the meeting this evening. It would be a shame to see the generous offer from John Arrillaga be declined. I’m confident that the needs of Belle Haven can be reviewed and addressed but declining the current offer and stalling the library improvements doesn’t make sense. I urge you to vote yes on this.
