Dear Mayor Keith and City Council Members, I support the alternative to maximize grade separations of Caltrain in Menlo Park to at least 3, as Adina Levin explained very well in her comments. If it is feasible to create a 4th grade separation for Encinal Ave., this would be advantageous from a safety and noise reduction perspective. Please continue exploring this option as the project moves ahead.
