Hello City Council,
It is very disheartening to hear that those that would like to see other options explored to build affordable housing with proper community input have been dismissed as a small group. Sounds like the concerns of business owners, property owners and many residents arent being considered seriously. Again, the plan will result in the closure of multiple businesses, the loss of jobs people rely on to support their families and environmental impacts that will affect all residents of Menlo Park. Hoping I am erroneous in my interpretation of what Im hearing but until other locations are presented to the public as options to be considered it would appear you arent taking the input seriously from business owners, property owners and Menlo Park residents which from what Ive seen comprise a large contingent of your community.
