Dear City Council members, Please do not mess with our at-large elections. If you switch to district elections we residents will lose 80% of our representation. Don't sell out our rights to elect our representatives just because someone threatens a lawsuit. When are you going to stand up for the people who elected you? If the case in Poway in Southern California results in an injunction ending the disastrous switching to district elections, you won't have to worry about a lawsuit. But regardless of the outcome of that case, you owe it to the people who elected you to maintain our representation by preserving our time-honored at-large election process.
