On a fairly regular basis, I'm seeing a zume pizza mobile kitchen and several of their delivery vehicles stationed in the Burgess parking lot for hours and hours. The sounds of their generators running nonstop are disruptive to the viewing of little league games that play at Burgess. Do they have a permit to conduct business in this parking lot? Please advise.
