Hello council members, I read the article in the Almanac about Menlo Park’s contract with Mercury LLC and the city’s relationship with Bryan Lanza. I am extremely disappointed that you are considering contracting with someone with his background. While I understand that there might be a need for lobbying support from a firm that can deliver results in the current DC climate, surely there must be organizations and people Menlo Park could hire that would be less contentious.
