Dear Council Members! How sad it is when you can even get out of your own home at 4:30 pm on a Monday ! Whoever authorized the changes on the lights on the interchange for 101 and the Willows should be fire ! This was supposed to be done on a Saturday so the police and the city can see how the connection and the traffic lights are working for the rush hour time but of course that was not the case. I have been trap in my house the last two afternoons from 3:45 pm until 7 pm without been able to attend my classes because of it. My concern is if an emergency comes in the area, the police, the firefighters or the ambulance will not be able to do so. Enclosed are some pictures on the early hours of the afternoon and at night. Who is going to see that this is clear up ???? Is the police the one that needs to direct traffic the right way so people can come and go ??? Who is going to help me to get out of my own house as I please ? Do I need to call the police to do so? Shame on all of you for not conducting the right study on the impact of all this in the area. A conversation is not a study! I want all the data you have on this to see who did this and How in the world you decided that is the right thing to do. I be waiting for your respond !
