Dear Mayor McIntyre and City Council members, I need to complain about the condition of ECR from Glenwood to nearly Atherton Avenue. The construction has caused the road to be a mud pit in lanes leading to Redwood City. And the tracking onto Encinal and other roads off ECR has become a mess as well.
