All, As you know, traffic throughout the area has been exasperated by the Willow / 101 Interchange. I support the City Staff's recommendations, as outlined in the Staff Report. It's important that something be done. I encourage the City take the proposed measures, evaluate its efficacy, and iterate upon that. It is important to take action. One non-controversial item that could be considered for modification is making the No Right Turns valid only Monday-Friday (instead of seven days a week).
