Jan 17, 2018 Dear Ms. Aguilar: 1. I would very much appreciate an update on the status of the California Public Records request, that I filed back on January 5, 2018. 2. You were kind enough to acknowledge receipt of my CPRA request, back on January 11, 2018. 3. Since that time, January 11, 2018, I have had no response from either Redwood City or San Mateo County officials, responsible for monitoring the compliance of the CPRA-regarding their intent to comply with my simple request. 4. Pursuant to my earlier CPRA request, dated January 5, 2018, and pursuant to Long Beach Police Officers Association v. City of Long Beach et al., 59 Cal. 4th 59 (2014): I continue to request the release of the-names of the 7 Redwood City police officers- and one San Mateo country sheriff’s deputy - involved in the December 30, 2018 -officer involved fatal shooting of Marco Antonio Carlos. 5. I look forward to your timely response to this matter. Sincerely, Aram B.
