Hello,
I understand the city council will have an agenda item related to development of the SRI campus. I support more housing in Menlo Park and affordable housing. There is not enough housing here that only the wealthiest people can afford to buy houses. Rent is increasingly out of reach as well. I like that the proposal includes publicly accessible green space as well. I cannot make the city council meeting to voice my comment so I wanted to email it. I hope that housing projects will be expedited. My family would fall in the upper middle class income range and even we are worried about being priced out of living here.
