The Pilot Your City Needs
Three-Year Lease Request + Funding Proposal
We are inviting your city to lease Ascending Awareness a city-owned lot for a 3-year Dignity Den Retreat pilot at a cost of $300,000 total. In return, this pilot will:
* Remove a minimum of 42 individuals from homelessness
* Transition each toward rental or homeownership
* Save your city $1,464,000 in taxpayer burden over three years. (Based on 2022 HHAP estimate: $42,000/year per unhoused individual)
* Leave no footprint—every system is portable
