Dear City Council,
With all respect and concern for global warming, I think it is beyond common sense to eliminate all gas appliances in Menlo Park.
You have heard all the arguments. As a belt and suspenders kind of person, and given the electrical insecurity we have experienced and the realization that most of our electricity comes from burning gas, it makes sense to just leave well enough alone and dont try to over legislate.
When the electricity goes off, I will be happy to have my gas powered heating.
