I am writing to voice my strong support for issuing RFPs for the downtown parking plazas. Having read the RFQs and the staff report, I feel like I have nothing to add that hasnt been covered by the report.
I urge city council to disregard the vocal minority trying to keep low-income housing out of Menlo Park. 160 thousand dollars could house a poor family for 10 years; to throw it away suing you own city displays a lack of character that I think should frankly disqualify one from participating in public life.
