Hello Menlo Park City Council,
I work in Menlo Park and am writing in support of moving forward with plans based on the RFQs for building affordable homes on the city-owned parking lots.
There are many wonderful options and ideas put forward in the RFQs and it is exciting to see the response, particularly several proposals that target significant numbers of units at the very low income levels. These homes will allow more people the stability of affordable housing and advance the citys climate and equity goals.
