I am writing in support of building affordable housing in downtown Menlo Park.
This is important to me because I feel very strongly that we need affordable housing options in Menlo Park for the many people who work here and currently have no local housing options that they can afford.
I don’t think it serves any of us well if we live in a city where only very wealthy people can buy or rent housing.
The downtown area is perfect for multi family housing as it is close to shopping areas and public transportation.
Please continue to support affordable housing downtown.
