City Council Members,
We are learning at the last minute that the Quiet Zone funding is going to
be cut from the city budget.
Please do not allow that to happen. So much work has gone into it already
and all it needs to be completed now is the funding. The city can afford to
finish this project and improve the lives of so many of our citizens.
I live blocks from the train and I am hearing the horns blast as I write
this email at 11:30pm.
