Dear Menlo Park City Council,
I just learned that the City plans to eliminate the Caltrain Quiet Zone from
its budget planning. This is outrageous and unacceptable! Residents have
been advocating for a Quiet Zone for years, and the engineering designs are
nearly complete. The last step is funding. Do not drop the ball. Thousands
of people want the train horns to stop.
Please represent the citizens of Menlo Park, not the state, not any special
interest. Dont spend our tax money on public relations. Spend it on the
Quiet Zone.
