Dear Menlo Park City Council,
I just heard that the Council might eliminate the Quiet Zone from its
budget planning. As a resident of Felton Gables, we have been pushing for
many years to establish a Quiet Zone to improve our quality of life through
reduced train horn noise. The city has already done all the steps to
research the issue and prepare engineering designs, so it would be a real
shame if we abandoned the project now. Please keep Quiet Zone in the budget!
