You wrote a very good article on bike safety citing a lot of good common sense from Sgt. Metzer of Atherton PD. It would be nice if Chief Norris of Menlo Park did something about the crazy cyclists and numerous violations in Menlo Park: specifically along Santa Cruz Ave and within the citys jurisdiction between Sand Hill and Alpine, where it is like the Wild West with respect to cyclists.
