Dear City Council,
The train noise (horns) has only become louder recently despite
electrification. Please keep the quiet zone in the five-year Capital
Improvement Plan. We live almost a mile from the station and the horns wake
our baby even when all the windows are closed. It is too loud and too
frequent.
