Hello, council, I've sent an email to you over a week ago, with no response. Left vmails for city manager's office and code enforcement...no response. Just called Police dispatch and was told they would try to have code enforcement contact me.
City public works crew removed half the the plastic k rail barriers about a month ago, when the salon took down 1/2 of the outdoor setup.
I'm here at my office or shopping at Trader Joes/Walgreens almost daily and I've not seen the remaining outdoor salon being used at all.
All the clients go inside.
This outdoor salon setup impedes access for handicapped and makes vehicle access down the city parking lot entrance off Curtis a challenge.
Please have this removed asap, as it's depriving long time Menlo Ave. business owners like myself and neighbors of needed easy parking access at the sidewalk behind our 600 block Menlo Ave. buildings.
Noontime parking is tightening up as more businesses are opening up now and a lot of patrons of Walgreens/ Chef Kwan's/Left Bank/Starbucks, etc. have to circle around the block to find parking at busy times.
