All, I wanted to reach out and share some updates ( photos too) on the Avenidas expansion and renovation project at 450 Bryant Street. After a lengthy permitting process and months of demo, the extension skeleton is fully in place and the two buildings have been linked. Rough plumbing is in, including an elaborate sprinkler system, and electric is being roughed in this week. The exterior of the new building has had the first three layers of cladding installed with more happening this week. Rooms in both buildings are being framed and sheet rock hung as I write this! And the new ADA Accessible, 3 floor elevator system is anticipated to be installed during the month of June. I'd like to invite all of you in for a hard hat tour as the space is truly transformed and pretty inspirational when you know what we will be able to accomplish once we move back next March! If you have time in the next two weeks I would love to get something confirmed on the calendar! I know it may not be possible to get all calendars coordinated, but I would love to try. Tours are generally between 3-4 after construction has been completed for the day. I look forward to walking you all through the space!
