Dear Menlo Park City Council,
How can the City eliminate the Quiet Zone from its budget planning. As a 30-year Menlo Park homeowner, this is unacceptable!
I have been one of MANY residents advocating for a Quiet Zone for years, and the engineering designs are nearly complete. Why disrupt reaching a resolution when thousands of residents like me want the train horns to stop.
