Distinguished Council Members:
I would like to ask you to agree to rename Fremont Park into Central Park.
Most people are not aware of this, but Fremont C was a proponent of the Native American Genocide. Here is a quick read about the military commander John C Fremont.

Would you like me to bring this up in person in one of the next council meetings?
Only after the renaming would it be logically possible to place public art in that park. “Central Park” is a neutral name without any negative connotations.
