The proposal to eliminate single family zoning is not rational. You will not
solve the housing problem by changing this zoning. Do you want to open the door
to multi-unit dwellings to achieve a requirement? If so, this will not achieve that
quota. The consultant has already told you this. Please do not change this zoning..
I am sure there is a better way to achieve
low cost housing.
