Dear City Council. The citizens have not asked you to eliminate single family zoning homes or to alter it in any way. That is an issue we the voters should be able to vote on. City council members are supposed to reflect the values of their constituents. No one has suggested that the will of the public be considered before appointing a committee to investigate this issue. Have you even thought to ask the voters first? Instead of blithely imposing your will upon the very people who voted you in. I will vote out my neighborhood council member the First chance I get. And shame on her for not listening to the people whom she is supposed to represent.
