We called the apt. complex and got no response. We called the Water Dept. and got no results. This waste of water verges n the criminal when so many ordinary people are voluntarily restricting their use. The apts. can write off the expense of watering, whereas homeowners cannot. There must be other apt. complexes and offices in MP that show a similar lack of concern for the environment or the drought. Please see pictures below that my husband took on his nightly walks. I would hope that the city can do something to fine these water wasters.

This happens night after night along a quarter mile stretch on Sharon Road and needs to stop. There are ways to keep things green without the constant waste of water during the extreme drought emergency in which we find ourselves.
