Council,
I am strongly opposed to changes in zoning that would allow multiplexes to be built in single-family neighborhoods. Changing this zoning would be grossly unfair to existing homeowners who bought their homes under the existing zoning. The few extra housing units that would be gained do not seem commensurate with the losses in life-quality for the unfortunate homeowners in neighborhoods where new multiplexes are built.
