You good people in Menlo Park - WOW! Your city is doing a GREAT job on the sustainability side - MP is a role model for other cities - Keep up the good work and please don't cut and rather increase your sustainability staff. Yes times are hard, but you are LEADERS (we in Palo Alto are jealous!)
And, don't leave $ on the table - get the Peninsula Clean Energy $$$ for residential electrictrification. It takes $ to get $$$ so get that additional Sustainability Staffer!
