Dear Council members,
I wish to voice my support for the proposal to use American Rescue Funding for programs that mitigate the effects of climate change in the Belle Haven neighborhood of Menlo Park. As you know, Belle Haven is at significantly higher risk of flooding than other areas of Menlo Park. Programs to address this risk are urgently needed to support the ongoing health and safety of Belle Haven residents,
