Looks like the Camden Center at the corner of Sand Hill and Santa Cruz has a problem with gutter flooding. I first noticed it about 2 weeks ago around midnight but then, saw no further evidence of that probably because I'd been passing that site between 10 and 11 P.M. It seems apparent now that they don't begin to water 'till later. With a declared drought emergency in the State when everyone has been asked to conserve water, I thought it important to document the event this time in the hope that you will contact them and get them to curtail this unnecessary and wasteful behavior. The water flows down the wall at the Net Service Venture Group and runs along the gutter and into the storm water drain at Menlo Commons about 550 feet down the road along Santa Cruz Ave.

... where it turns the corner and into the storm drain. It was flowing fairly rapidly; what a waste!
