I’m a Menlo Park resident and I wanted to share my experience at Burgess Pool. For the past 10 years I was a member at a private club, got tired of the drive so I thought I’d give Burgess a try. Boy was I surprised from the start, friendly, clean, welcoming and predictable. Even the private club couldn’t do those four consistently. I’m so impressed with Burgess. Their communication is extremely timely, their schedule is reliable and fair. As an outsider I thought the masters was too much, but now I see there is space for everyone and everyone is welcome. I love Burgess! A place that runs this seamlessly could not function as such without wonderful leadership. Please don’t change anything at Burgess. As the saying goes “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” and Burgess is 100% not broke.
