Dear Council,
Now is the time to support staff’s proposals to continue leading other communities towards hope for more climate progress. Please support the reach code efforts for options A and B and add option C for Flex Path. On climate, we all know that later is too late and that these measures will help prevent making new mistakes in fossil fired polluting construction that are costly to be reversed later.
Menlo Park is very vulnerable to climate change and your actions now will be multiplied by other communities that take heart from your leadership.
Thank you for helping bend the curve in the hopeful direction.
