Hello,
My name is Jocelyn, and I work in Menlo Park. I would like to thank the
Sustainability team for their leadership on advancing the Citys Climate
Action Plan in a time where the future of our planet and our communities
safety is at risk from federal climate program rollbacks. Thank you to
Staff for being a leader and moving forward with proposing reach codes
before we can no longer enact them thanks to recent state legislation.
I ask the City Council to fully support Staffs recommendations with one
exception. Please include Policy Option C (Flexpath) in addition to options
A and B.
I hope that Council can appreciate this effort to push for these codes and
"swing big" in these very uncertain times.
