I have been a menlo park resident for 27 years. 3 of my 4 children attended the co-op.
I encourage you to renew the 1 dollar lease for the co-op. They provide a HUGE benefit for the community, both for the children, but also for the parents who attend the co-op. Parent education that we received was invaluable. The community support that we gave each other was invaluable. The co-op enriches Menlo Park in ways that are truly invaluable. Do the right thing and keep this special place going.
