Dear Mayor and City Council Members, Happy New Year! In time for the exciting 2019 goal setting on Saturday, I'd like to share my thoughts on only key priorities (in my opinion based on my limited knowledge). I have a Tier of lower priorities, but for now, it might suffice to share what I have in the attached document. Unfortunately, I will not be able to join on Saturday due to a family commitment.
