Mayor Mueller, Mayor Pro Tem Taylor, Council Members Combs, Carlton and Nash, The City Council policy priorities, work plan and prioritization schedule for the fiscal year 2018-19* fail *to address the concerns of the Belle Haven neighbor, Haven Avenue apartment complexes and proposed housing/apartment development in M2. We must have an Amenities Fund specific to the promised amenities, from M2 development, for the Belle Haven neighborhood. Currently, we fail to have a transparent and inclusive process since the staff negotiates amenities with developers. Additionally there is not timeline to produce amenities. To now state in the *Analysis **“Strive to balance the resources and requirements of each area of the City in an equitable manner”* does not address the historical disparities within the City. We can not move forward without a thorough financial and product analysis through December 2018. Attached are seven letters from the previous Goal Setting meetings that have yet to be addressed. I am looking forward to you addressing all concerns with the City of Menlo Park. Regards, Pamela D.
