Trees are the symbol of Menlo Park for a good reason, it’s what gives our city it’s special character. We also just passed an environmental policy to moderate global warming. There’s no better way to remove carbon than trees. Replacing 7 large trees with 15 tiny starters is pretty senseless and shows a crass disregard for our natural resources.
