City Council members- I am not in ANY way supportive of a moratorium on development in the city. It is the wrong tool for mitigation of problems and in fact may make matters worse. Traffic on ECR is caused by multi- city issues including demands and decisions taken by Palo Alto on multiple instances that has forced traffic through Menlo Park. There are many potential solutions to work on (including discussion with Palo Alto) but moratorium is sticking our head in the sand.
