Hello City Council, I am writing to strongly encourage you to adopt a city-wide moratorium on new commercial development and a moratorium on all new development in the Bayside neighborhood. Recent development activities in Menlo Park have made our city both unlivable and unaffordable! Let’s call a halt to new development and figure out a way to revitalize our city before it becomes completely overwhelmed by Silicon Valley’s high tech culture.
