To Menlo Park City Council: My wife and I support a city wide moratorium on nonresidential construction. And we request that you enact same. The amount of development recently and that planned is not in keeping with a high quality environment for Menlo Park residents. The traffic is unbearable and the parking is totally insufficient. Additionally the noise and other pollution is on the increase. This is not a trend that is in the best interests of Menlo Park residents.
