To City Council members: I am strongly in favor of a moratorium on business development, before Menlo Park completely destroys itself. I am absolutely in favor of real action to slow traffic on Willow Road 24/7. The weight and speed of trucks is bound to end in a tragic accident; and I believe the infrastructure and surrounding houses are already suffering from the seismic impact of large vehicles hitting the uneven road surface at high speeds. Finally, for heaven's sake, please fix the banging manhole cover ( it is a sewer cover) in front of 161 Willow Rd. !!
