Re: Parkline August 25 Planning Commission Meeting

*JUST HEARD FROM A **COUNCIL MEMBER THAT** THE COUNCIL WONT INCLUDE THE
PARKLINE PROJECT ON ITS MEETING AGENDA UNTIL SEPT 30*

*There is still a concern that the Planning Commission should be given more
than one night to review and make recommendations on the Parkline Project.
The Development Agreement itself is a crucial document that is an integral
part of the permit. Lane Partners has set 2031 as its development target,
Lane could also sell the project permit and entitlements, making the
Development agreement essential to protect Menlo Park.*

*The Planning Commission needs a full night to review the FEIR, with a
focus on the public comments and the City Staffs responses. Lane Partners
has not shared its TDM plan that will address the 15,000 daily car trips
from this site. *

*Please take the time to get this project right.*
