I'm very upset to hear that the city is considering a full ban on personal outdoor cultivation. 2/3 of MP voters voted for this. Many homeowners have sufficient space and private secure back yards where it could be safely grown. Please consider an ordinance similar to Pacifica that allows it to be grown under certain conditions. You also have a conflict as anyone with a medical marijuana recommendation can legally grow plants outdoors, whether or not you pass the ban.
