Dear Council Members,
I was reading about the proposed migration from gas to electricity, when I received an email from PG and E about how to better deal with expected electricity outages.
I hope before any decisions are made on the "migration" someone will thoroughly examine whether the current electric grid will accommodate not only the increased demand for recharging more and more electric vehicles, but also the increased demand resulting from conversions from gas to electric. Seems to me that the capacity of the "electric grid" must be thoroughly evaluated, BEFORE any decisions are made.
