Dear Planning Commissioners and City Council members, I'm attaching a letter outlining the stance of a group of homeowners in the larger Park Forest Community toward the 1704 ECR development. Within 24 hrs, it has already it has garnered 44 additional signatures. I can send others as they come in. It was written prior to the release of the agenda and staff report. Now that we see the staff report we are very disappointed to find that only 1 of the 7 items we brought to staff's attention in our May email, Page M10 in the staff report, are addressed by staff. Our guarded support for the architectural elements of the plan (not for the Public Benefit Bonus which is a separate issue) is CONDITIONAL on those being addressed and approved by the commission. As we dig into the report we may very well have additional comments to make.
